JUDGEMENT Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the appellants and respondents appeared and submitted that there was a compromise arrived between the parties. Accordingly, a partition deed was also executed on 13.10.2023. To prove the same, they have filed a memo and also produced the copy of partition deed, wherein both parties have signed.

2. In view of compromise arrived between the appellants and respondents, this Appeal Suit is disposed of. The memo filed by the appellant as well as the partition deed are recorded and the same shall form part and parcel of this judgment. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
