ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 6 to take appropriate action by removing the unauthorised construction put up by the 7th respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent nos. 1 to 6. 3.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that due enquiry will be conducted after serving notice to all the parties concerned and affording them an opportunity of personal hearing. He has further submitted that thereafter inspection will be conducted and action, if need be, will be taken on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
