This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri instead of the petitioner shall appear before respondent police station on everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7994 of 2023 by order dated 17.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7994 of 2023 by an order dated 17.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri on all working days at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the first working of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
