ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The application is for condoning the delay.

2. There is a blank in paragraph No.3. Hand correction made in paragraph No.4 is not initialled. In paragraph No.3 it is stated, "Only now we could be able to contact our client and accordingly, the matter is represented now". Therefore, it appears to be a statement by the advocate and not the party. Neither the affiant nor the advocate has even bothered to read the affidavit.

3. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to condone the delay. Application stands dismissed.
