ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 30.12.2014.

2. It is stated in the petition that the petitioner, as defacto complainant, has given the complaint in question to the second respondent, but the second respondent has failed to look into the same. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3. In fact, this Court has perused the complaint dated 30.12.2014, wherein certain allegations have been levelled against police officials.

4. Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint, this Court is of the view to give necessary direction to the first respondent.

In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The first respondent, viz., the Superintendent of Police, Villupuram District, is strictly directed to look into the complaint dated 30.12.2014 alleged to have been given to the second respondent, viz., Inspector of Police, Tindivanam and also directed to take appropriate steps as per law.
