Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Bail condition imposed the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11437 of 2022 dated on 06.06.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.RANGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11437 of 2022 on 06.06.2022 to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11437 of 2022 on 06.06.2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
