ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records in Cr.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners had taken change of vakalat as early as on 20.06.2013.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.2 of 2011 was completed and final report was filed in C.C.No.101 of 2012 before Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sankagiri.

5. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
