By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.D.Selvaraju, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.F.B.Benjamin George, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank.

3.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue the educational loan applied by her in June 2013, for perusing her studies in MBA Course at Sasi Creative School of Business, Meleripalayam, Coimbatore 32. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.According to the petitioner, she wants to pursue her studies in MBA Course at Sasi Creative School of Business, Meleripalayam, Coimbatore 32, and applied for loan from the respondent Bank. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submitted that the petitioner's loan application has been processed and in all probabilities, loan will be sanctioned shortly in accordance with the guidelines of the respondent Bank. 6.In the light of the above, the respondent Bank is directed to consider petitioner's application and sanction the loan in accordance with the guidelines, if not already sanctioned.
