..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.984/A4/ 2013 dated 26.09.2016 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to grant salary to the teacher T.Kaliyamoorthy in the Petitioner school in the post of BT Assistant (Science) in compliance to the directions issued by this Honourable Court in W.P(MD)No.15459 of 2013 dated 15.07.2016.
