The revision petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of M.O.P.No.247 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry. 1/3

2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner/husband has filed M.O.P. for dissolution of marriage, even in the year 2018 and seven years have lapsed, I am inclined to direct the learned Family Judge, Puducherry, to expedite the trial in the said M.O.P and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2026.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
