Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the Respondent Police on first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m imposed in the order dated 17.02.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.1969 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SWARNAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1969 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23328 of 2021 on 17.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police, on first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
