The petitioner made a representation on 26.03.2015 to the respondent no.3 seeking certain information. The communication of the petitioner was returned without accepting the same. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation on 18.05.2015 before the respondent no.1 to take appropriate action against the respondent no.3. The respondent no.1, in and by the communication dated 25.05.2015 in Na.Ka.No.16458/ 2015/LF1, has directed the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no.2 to take appropriate action. Seeking further direction to the respondent no.2 to act based upon the communication dated 25.05.2015, pursuant to the representation dated 18.05.2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action based upon the communication of the respondent no.1 dated 25.05.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
