ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2024 to survey the land in survey No. 149 / 4 149/5 149/7 and 149/9 and fix the boundaries and issue the separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property by way of a settlement deed dated 28.11.2016 and revenue records have also been mutated. The grievance of the petitioner is that though 2/5

he has given a representation to survey his land and fix boundaries and for issuance of separate patta, the respondents have not taken steps in this regard. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
