ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondent to give permission to conduct the cultural programme (Adalum Padalum) to be held on 17.06.2018 in connection with the festival at Shri Thulakanathamman Temple at 3/97, New Street, K.V.Kuppam Village & Post, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District 632

201. The petitioner has sent a representation by registered post to the respondent police on 28.5.2018. But it is not known whether he has pursued the matter to find out what is the stage of his representation. Merely sending a representation is not a ground to come to this Court seeking for mandamus. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
