2. Heard Mr. I.Abdul Basith, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) for the respondents.
3. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate would submit, on instructions, that Sri Thanthondri Amman Temple is not the Temple governed by the H.R.&C.E Act and they cannot take over the management of the Institution which is not covered under the Act.
4. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted.
