This Court has set aside the abatement vide C.M.P. No.10407 of 2012 caused by the death of Syed Ahamed S/o. Amir Batch, who is the sole appellant in S.A. No.1068 of 2.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole appellant is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
