This Criminal Original Petition has been to call for the records pertaining to FIR dated 14.11.2011 in Cr.No.9 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same. 2.This Court earlier, placed the matter before the Mediation Centre and accordingly, mediation took place. Thereafter a joint memo of compromise was placed before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai in M.P.No.8872 of 2014 on 17.03.2015. 3.In view of the joint memo of compromise entered into between the parties, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition for adjudication. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
