Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court order dated 08.06.2022 in Crl.OP.No.12724 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ESAKKIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12724 of 2022 in 08.06.2022.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two local sureties and further time is extended till 13.07.2022 for furnishing the sureties.
