This petition has been filed to amend the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) of IPC instead of u/s 294(b), 323, 506(1) of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.9450 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 in Crime No.168 of 2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.9450 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
