2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- on 02.07.2024 and has complied with the conditions regularly as ordered by this Court dated 05.06.2024. Additionally, he was directed to pay the amount on time in the subsequent month as well.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to pay the interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) regularly in the first week of every English calendar month until further orders of the Court of Law. Failing which, bail will be cancelled.
