The criminal miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioners, seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3851 of 2020 dated 25.02.2020, directing "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees twelve lakhs only) in Crime No.54 of 2020, before the concerned Magistrate, at the time executing the bond. Thereafter, the said amount may be disbursed to the victims after obtaining affidavit of undertaking".
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed this modification petition to modify the condition No.(b) in respect of deposit an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees twelve lakhs only). Due to COVID-19 pandamic circumstances, the petitioners could not be able to mobilize the amount and he seeks extension of time for executing the same.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time to execute the bond before the concerned Magistrate.
