Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue certificate of deserted women to the petitioner by considering the proceedings of the first respondent herein dated 03.03.2016 in Pa.Mu.1462/2015/A2 and by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 19.09.2020 within a stipulated time.

ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue the certificate of deserted women to her, by considering the proceedings of the first respondent herein dated 03.03.2016 in Pa.Mu.1462/2015/A2 and also by considering her representation dated 19.09.2020.
2. Upon taking notice, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent represented that on 12.10.2020, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tahsildar, Coimbatore District, has issued the Deserted Woman Certificate, as required by the petitioner, in Certificate No.TN-272020100711112.
3. Recording the above statement, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
