ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5797 of 2026 dated 06.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 06.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5797 of 2026 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
