The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to call for the records of the second respondent in his communication in Na.Ka.No.1104/A3/2018 dated 31.05.2018 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nothing but a case for which an enquiry sought to be conducted. He also submitted that there is no question of cancellation.

3. The above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent is hereby recorded. The respondents are directed to conduct and complete the enquiry after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
