This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8694 of 2025, dated 24.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8694 of 2025, dated 24.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 12.06.2025 nr To The Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Avadi, Chennai.
