This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 02.08.2018 issued by the first respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2017. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's mother died and therefore he seeks permission of this Court to with draw the writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.

Considering the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
