Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner brings to the notice of this Court the following typographical errors that had crept in the order dated 12.02.2015:

(i) In paragraph No.5 of the order, instead of "7 days" it has been mentioned as "7 years";

(ii) In paragraph No.6 of the order, the word "refunded" has been omitted; and (iii)while passing orders, this Court has specifically directed that amount should be refunded to the petitioner. However, the said direction has not been incorporated in the order;

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court orders as follows: (i) In paragraph No.5 of the order, the words "7 years" shall be read as "7 days";

(ii) In paragraph No.6 of the order, the 6th line viz., "the amount attached would be to the petitioner" shall be read as "the amount attached would be refunded to the petitioner"; and (iii)the following sentence shall be incorporated at the end of paragraph

No.13: "Before passing any order, the entire amount should be refunded to the petitioner."

Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy.
