This application is presented for leave to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court. The applicant asserts that the proposed suit is for recovery of money towards supply of goods. By drawing reference to the relevant purchase orders and invoices, it is contended that the invoices were issued from Chennai and that cheques issued towards part payment of dues were presented in Chennai.

2. Upon considering the said submissions and on examining the draft plaint, it is evident that the cause of action has arisen at least partly within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit if it is otherwise in order.
