This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 23.03.2022 and for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue legal heirship certificate.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the legal heirship certificate has been granted to the petitioner and to substantiate the same, the Certificate dated 15.09.2023 was also placed before this Court.
