[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter viz., Tejasvini, aged about 19 years went missing since 18.07.2021 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure her.

2. It is seen that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.383/2021 has been registered and enquiry is pending. However, on instructions, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that Tejasvini https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was studying in a college in Nellore and was in love with one Banu and got married to him.

3. Today, Tejasvini and her parents appeared via video conferencing. On enquiry, Tejasvini stated that her date of birth is 28.04.2002 and that she is studying II year B.Sc., in Rao College, Nellore. She further stated that she was in love with Banu and got married to him on 12.08.2021 and that she is residing with her husband in door No.2-234, Chintareddypalayam, Arjunawada, Nellore 524 004 and her mobile number is 8096748544.

4. It is seen that Tejasvini is not a minor and she has taken an informed decision to get married to Banu to chalk out her own life. It cannot be stated that she is in the illegal custody of anyone for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus. With the above observation, this petition is closed.
