The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to permit the petitioner's son to attend the admission counselling for MBBS course against 15% All India Quota Seats on 05.08.2013.

2. Though this Court, by way of an interim order, directed the respondents to keep one seat vacant under All India Quota, considering the fact that no further order was passed thereafter and the petitioner's son was also not called for counselling and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in view of the fact that the counselling sought for by the petitioner for his son is in respect of the academic year 20132014, I do not think anything survives in this writ petition to be considered on merits, as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
