Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to grant 'No Objection' certificate and planning permission to establish Poultry Farm in the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.157/G, Odasalpatti Village, Achchalavadi Post, Harur Taluk.

O R D E R

The petitioner intended to establish a Poultry Farm in his land and for the purpose of obtaining loan, he sought "No Objection" certificate from the third respondent through an application dated 06.09.2012. Pursuant to his application, the second respondent had also recommended the petitioner's case for issuance of "No Objection" certificate favourably, through a letter dated 04.11.2012. In spite of the same, the 3rd respondent had not acted upon on the application of the petitioner.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, thereby, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 06.09.2012 for issuance of a "No Objection" certificate within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous application is closed.
