ORDER

The petitioners, herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)(a) of Arms Act, in Crime No.42 of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons went to the forest for hunting by using the country made gun. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent person and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to co-operate with the investigation and abide by any other stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the A1 in this case is still behind the Bar. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the totality circumstances of the case and on the fact that the A1 is still behind the Bar, this Court is of the view that, it is not an appropriate stage to consider this anticipatory bail application.
