ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 03.07.2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.270 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner and the defacto complainant's husband are relatives and there was some land dispute pending between them. Due to which the petitioner murdered the deceased. Based on the complaint given by the wife of the deceased, the case came to be registered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had nothing to do with the alleged offence as stated by the prosecution and he is in judicial custody from 03.07.2021. Hence, he learned counsel prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner assaulted the deceased and murdered him. He further submits that the petitioner also threatened the family members of the deceased with dire consequences. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
