Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent. By consent of the contesting learned counsel appearing for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Seeking disposal of the petition in M.P.No.7756 of 2012, dated July 2012, (including the un-numbered Interim Application to bring the legal heirs therein) by which a relief has been sought for under Sections 53 (2) (b) (d) (e) and 53 (4) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the petition in M.P.No.7756 of 2012 dated July 2012, for more than three years, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is hereby issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said petition of the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and others concerned and communicate the decision taken to them.
