The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking the following relief:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"To issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent from taking decision on the basis of meeting held on 23.12.2011 convened by the 3rd respondent without complying with this Court order passed in W.A.No.401 of 1998 etc., batch dated 08.06.2010 insofar relates to demarcate the area of sugarcane from Co-op. Sugar mills and include the same in the area of operation of private Sugar mills."

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, G.O.Ms.No.146, Agriculture (S1) Department, dated 11.06.2018, has been issued providing area demarcation in respect of various Sugar Mills. As per the said G.O., in Serial No.7, the petitioner area has been demarcated as provided in favour of the petitioner herein.

3.In view of the above development, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition any further. Therefore, G.O.Ms.No.146, dated 11.06.2018, insofar as Serial No.7 is concerned, the writ petition stands answered at this stage and therefore, the same is closed. No costs.
