ORDER

This petition has been filed to pass an order of interim stay staying the operation of the Judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.4209 of 2013 dated 14.12.2017 passed by the VI Additional Judge City Civil Court, Chennai, pending disposal of the first appeal.

2.This Court by order dated 20.08.2018 has granted an order of interim stay. However, the same was not extended thereafter. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal. Since the main appeal is ripe for final hearing and ordered to be so listed, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 29.10.2025 dpq 2/4
