By virtue of an order passed by this Court on 22.12.2023, the revision petitioner has been granted time till 30.09.2024.

2. This petition has been filed seeking extension of time. To grant further time, I feel that it would not be equitable to the landlord.

3. Since sufficient time has already been granted, I am not inclined to grant further time.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
