ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner along with her husband against the third respondent and his associates of anti social elements as culprits.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the compliant is lodged before the 2nd Respondent and on perusal of the complaint revealed that the petitioner lodged compliant on the file of Inspector of Police, B-2, Otteri Police Station, Chennai -12.

3. Heard Mr.T.V.G.Kartheeban, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

4. Considering the above submission made by the Additional Public Prosecutor the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh compliant on the file of the 2nd Respondent and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to proceed with the complaint in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
