This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.3 in the order dated 11.12.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.17678 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20637 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17678 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20637 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore, on the 2 nd Saturday of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
