Petitioner seeks extension of time to furnish the bail bond as well as making certain amendment.

2. In Crl.O.P.No.3423 of 2015, dated 12.02.2015, this Court granted anticipatory bail.

3. Mistakenly the satisfaction Court has been mentioned as Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram, instead of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry and the same is required to be amended.

4.(i) Petitions allowed.

(ii) In the order dated 12.02.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.3423 of 2015, the satisfaction Court shall be read as Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry.

(iii) Time is extended for 15 days from the date of receipt of amended order copy to comply with the order dated 12.02.2015.

(iv) The amendment shall be carried out in the original order dated 12.02.2015.

(v) Office shall issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment.
