Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take appropriate action to prevent the illegal and unauthorised construction of the 7th respondent in the land measuring 0.05 Ares in T.S.No.251/2 and land measuring an extent of 0.01 ares in T.S.No.251/3 of Bharathi Nagar, Chidhambaram Municipal Town, Chidambaram Taluk, 2/5
Cuddalore District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2024, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Heard learned counsel on either side.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, we direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
