O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the impugned Final Report was originally transferred to the Special Court for the exclusive trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Tiruvallur, and numbered as CC No.7 of 2022. Thereafter it has now been transferred back to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, and it is yet to be numbered. The learned counsel therefore prayed to withdraw this petition and file a fresh quash petition against the proceedings which has now been transferred to the Judicial Magistrate I, Poonamallee.

2. With a Liberty to file a fresh quash petition, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
