Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025 within a time frame. 3.When the writ petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that an order was passed on 29.04.2025 by the second respondent in pursuance to the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025, by and in which the request of the petitioner was rejected.

4.Therefore, the present writ petition becomes infructuous. 2/4

However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order dated 29.04.2025.
