This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7275 of 2023 dated 03.04.2023 that "the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Polur Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are facing untold hardship in travelling and reporting before the Inspector of Police, Polur Police Station. However, they are complying with the said condition for more than one month. Hence, he prayed to relax the said condition.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
4.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7275 of dated 03.04.2023, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
