Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the respondent nos.1 & 2 mentioning the reasons for not availing the last chance given, in view of the advanced stage of pregnancy.

respondent nos.1 & 2. As and when such a representation is made, the respondent nos.1 & 2, as the case may be, are directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks thereafter. No costs.
