2. The writ petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents herein to survey the lands in Survey Nos. 249/3A, 249/3B, 249/1, 196/1 and 244/4 of Manjini Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

3. Heard Mr.S.Prabhu, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Habeeb Rahman, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. Mr.Habeeb Rahman, learned Government Advocate, submitted that on receipt of the representation, the Tahsildar, Attur Taluk has decided to survey the property on 07.06.2024.

5. In the light of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
