Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the second respondent's order made in Proc.CM/WSSB/P&A/LRR1/25769/208 dated 21.08.2018, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to settle the retiral benefits without any deduction and to refund the with held gratuity and pension forthwith thereto, with accrued interest at 18% per annum from the date of which the same fell due for payment till realization of the same and pass order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
