ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that inspite of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.2926 of 2019, dated 31.01.2019 directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute, an FIR has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.252 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is seen from records that the FIR in Crime No.252 of 2019 has already been challenged before this Court and this Court has already stayed the investigation in the said FIR in Crl.O.P.No.14131 of 2019.

3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition and the same is closed.
