ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Official Liquidator that in Company Petition No.68 of 2009 filed by another creditor, the respondent company has already been wound up. Pursuant to which, the learned Official Liquidator has been appointed as Provisional Liquidator.
2.In such view of the matter, no order is required in this petition as the petitioner can always make a claim before the learned Official Liquidator. Accordingly, the company petition stands closed. 28.11.2017 mmi
